- We offer a Pre-Order system to purchase our newest all-year-round resort collection once a year during sales campaign, both for B2B and B2C sales.
B2B sales will be treated as standard wholesale transactions, with a 50% deposit as order confirmation. Please contact us directly on our email firstname.lastname@example.org for wholesale orders.
B2C sales will be online, through our website online shop.
B2C sales will benefit of an added 15% loyalty discount on the goods pre-ordered during sales campaign.
The sales/ordering campaign will be during the pre-collections period and will last for one month, during which orders can be made, amended or cancelled.
In order to confirm a B2C order, a payment in full is required at the time of the purchase, respectively for the goods. shipping, taxes and/or duties.
Once the order is completed an email will be sent to confirm order receipt.
Once the order is ready to be shipped an email will be sent to you, notifying you shipping details, as tracking number and expected delivery date
Due to the nature of the B2C Pre-Order model, which overlaps the B2B time schedule, you should expect a waiting period of approximately two to three months between the end of the sales campaign and the date the Product is ready for shipment. A more precise estimate on delivery window will be notified at the time of purchase.

- 1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
1.1. 1Your receipt of an electronic, or other form of, order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and notify you that your order was canceled.
1.1.2. In order to use the Services made available by the Web Site you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you.
1.1.3. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this e-mail will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between Us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods, which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
1.2.1. Once the Pre-Orders sales campaign is closed and the pre-order confirmed by the Designer, we will not be able to make changes to the order. This includes size changes, style changes, quantities, etc. We will try to accommodate late pre-order requests, but this is purely at the discretion of the designer. As soon as the pre-order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Any delays, production changes, or cancellations will be communicated to the customer as soon as it is confirmed by the designer. Any other cancellation requests are at the discretion of Miko Spinelli.
- Payment Terms
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, shall be as follows:
2.1.1. Bank Transfers Payments – Customers may pay directly into our bank account. Once order is places an email will be sent, with relative bank details, in order to complete the payment.
2.1.2. Pay-Pal Payments – PayPal Terms & Conditions will apply

3.1. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices, which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or deleting it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

4.1. All shipments outside Europe may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
4.2. Miko Spinelli LTD is also not responsible for any international shipping delays caused by the customs clearance process.

- Product Colors
7.1. The goods offered under www.mikospinelli.com are presented in the form of digital photographs of the actual products. Minor differences between this presentation and how the goods really appear do not constitute a defect in the goods ordered.
7.2. We have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Miko Spinelli cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true color. 7.3. Almost every Garment sold on www.mikospinelli.com is handmade, and, there is a possible change of appearance in the product such as a generic term for changes in length or width of a garment or fabric specimen subjected to specified conditions. The change is usually expressed as a percentage of the initial dimension of the specimen, which is due to characteristics of the manufacturing process. Light fading occurs in some articles from exposure to sunlight, fluorescent light, or any light with a high ultraviolet content, and is characterized by non uniformity. Protected areas of the faded article, such will appear unfaded by contrast. Fading is not always uniform in the exposed areas, as light exposure may be more concentrated in some areas than others.
- Return Policy
8.1. Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from the www.mikospinelli.com, for a full refund.
8.2. In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have 24 hours from receipt to cancel your purchase.
8.3. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
8.4. When returning any items the customer will have to pay for post and please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.
8.5. We guarantee to refund any item purchased on www.mikospinelli.com that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
8.6. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
8.7. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
8.8. www.mikospinelli.com will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
8.9. Upon receipt of an order, the customer should notify us by contacting us by e-mail
8.10. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. If your item is faulty on receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund. We may require evidence of the fault in the form of photographs.
8.11. Please note that items should be returned in its original packaging and hats must be returned with the original boxes.
8.12. In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods
8.13. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU). If you are returning an item from outside of the EU there may be additional taxes and duties to be paid. These charges are your responsibility; please check with your chosen postal service provider.
8.14. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
8.15. www.mikospinelli.com ships worldwide with professionals couriers services and does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
8.16. As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports www.mikospinelli.com orders are shipped together with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in UK Pounds.

Returns Goods will be accepted for credit provided they are received at the www.mikospinelli.com warehouse within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice, provided that You have contacted us by e-mail not later than 24 hours after the goods have been received by You and have agreed the return with us; the e-mail thereof shall include a digital readable scan of the proof of delivery to You;
8.18. The proof of delivery to your address shall include: receipt time and a readable date.
8.19. www.mikospinelli.com liability to the customer for negligence, breach of contract and statutory duty is limited to the cost of replacing the goods ordered. It is not intended that any contract between the Supplier and the customer for the supply of Goods should be enforceable by any third party.
8.20. Any waiver by the Supplier of any of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the particular instance and shall not operate or be deemed to operate as a future waiver of that or any other term.
8.21. It is illegal to declare lower values or the items as gifts as per international import regulations.
8.22. www.mikospinelli.com declines every responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original.
8.23. It is possible that Designers make changes during the production phase and/or decide not to produce an item.
8.24. In the event there is a difference with a Pre-Order item or an item will not arrive from the Designer, www.mikospinelli.com will contact the Client for express approval and either proceed to shipment or cancel the order for a refund. Miko Spinelli will have 30 days to after end of sales campaign to cancel and/or rectify any order with the customer.
8.25. Costs cannot be reimbursed until Miko Spinelli Ltd has received back the customer’s complete order with all tags remaining in original condition and original packaging.
8.26. Should the goods be properly returned, both parties are required to return any services received or use provided (e.g. benefits of use). Should you be unable or only partly able to return or restore the services or use received (e.g. benefits of use) or only in a worsened condition, you will be required to compensate us for their value. You will only be required to compensate us for deterioration or refund the value acquired through use should this use or deterioration be due to treatment that goes beyond an inspection of the product’s qualities and how it works. You will not be required to compensate us for deterioration resulting from simply putting the product to use in the correct manner. You must only refund the value acquired through use if you have used the product in a manner that goes beyond an inspection of the product’s qualities and how it works. “An inspection of the product’s qualities and how it works” covers testing and trying out the goods in question, as is possible and customary, for example, in a shop. Obligations to make payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This period begins for you when you return the goods or request that they may be returned and for us when they are received.
8.27. Any product returned outside the return policy terms are at the discretion of Miko Spinelli, and may not be accepted.
8.28. Products that are received damaged are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Miko Spinelli will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason.
8.29. Faulty products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund.
8.30. Your credit card will be charged when the goods have been inspected. The card will be credited if the goods are returned, possible currency exchange losses will however not be refunded.
8.31. Your products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, including Miko Spinelli hanging tags. If your order did not include the proper packaging please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
8.32. Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected.

9. Force Majeure
9.1. If www.mikospinelli.com Limited is prevented or delayed (directly or indirectly) from making delivery of the Products or any portion of the Products on the agreed date of delivery or from otherwise performing this or any part of this agreement by reason of act(s) of God, war, embargo, riot(s), strike(s), lock-out(s), trade dispute(s), fire(s), break-down, inclement weather, interruption of transport, Government action, delay in delivery to www.mikospinelli.com Limited of any goods or materials or by any cause whatsoever (whether or not of like nature to those specified above) in each case outside such www.mikospinelli.com Limited control («force majeure»), neither party hereto shall be under any liability whatsoever to the other party by reason of such event.
10.1. Delivery will be made to the address specified on the order by the customer.
10.2.Risk in Goods passes to the customer on delivery.
10.3.Title to will pass to the customer on payment in full.
10.4. Miko Spinelli is not responsible for any third parties delivery delays
11.1. If there is any dispute about or involving the www.mikospinelli.com Services, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
